Emergency Please Help: Torture and Violence in Pakistan: Pain ray and Covert Energy Weapons
Community stalkers gangs are openly using covert energy weapons including pain ray, mind control, idea implant and bad dreams in Tajpura Lahore, Pakistan. It has become one of the longest stubborn torture and persecution in the history of mankind. Apparently it looks that torturers are backed by government officials since torturers conduct it with complete impunity without any fear. Every night they arouse me from deep sleep by these covert electric jerk like shock rays or weapons. It is third degree torture on innocent family. Already we are living miserable poverty. Persecution is added to our lifelong deprivation, poverty and exploitation. Pakistan is such a hell for us.
It is extreme violation of human rights, civil liberties, country and international laws. I request authorities to remove all these torture weapons from this civilian area or provide us accommodation at any safe place. We are in such bad crises so I request world countries and communities to provide us moral and emergency financial support or asylum. Our family cannot illegally move to any third country in order to claim asylum. We have two little children and we are decent family. There is absolutely no protection of law in Pakistan for us. It is jungle’s law here. It looks that Police is behind them or have no power on them. I have been submitting applications to Police and all institutions for last seven years but no help reach ever! Once again I get up by rays and bad dream. It is cowardly act of violence because torturers never come in front of me. I wonder why they do so. At least they should tell the reason. Every night or early in the morning they arouse me from sleep by these rays or bad dreams. I get up and Morning Prayer is taking place in the mosque opposite to my home. It is better to rescue any oppressed person than praying. Yesterday one stalker spoke when I get up by saying that Army do not let them sleep because they kill. I do not know whether he is right or not. I have nothing to do with Army. Why they torture me? Army live and get salaries on taxes we people pay. Further I cannot think of killing. I even did not fight or slapped anyone. We are living in this area for last 7 years. I did not fight with anyone. People are witness here and I have no enemy except these torturers but who are they.
I have learnt by experience that no harm comes to cruel and bad people. They are very strong and possess stamina to harass 24/7. I am amazed by their stamina and strength. Often such cruel people live better lives than innocent people. Their torture is murder attempt. For a decade, I pray to God daily but could not get rid of them. Thousands of other people also prayed for me. I request good people and institutions help me in order to get rid of them. These torturers are terrorists. Arrest them or kill them. It would be God will.
There are many issues on which press and media do not dare to write or speak but credit goes to internet for providing this covert information. Such institutions are above law. Feel free to speak about the corruptions of military officials, intelligence agencies employees, judges, magistrates and police. They are government officials who take salaries from exchequer grown by taxes of general people. Nothing is more important than general masses or people of the country i.e. Awam.
I am innocent type of person who never harmed anyone and living in this world like an angel. I am father of two little children and I am only hope for them for their honorable life. I wrote this since world is very dangerous and filled with many criminals. Protection level in Pakistan is low for those who do not possess any good government post.I am tolerant and moderate. Pakistan is very insecure country. I feel scared here. There is little protection of life, property and honor. Let us make Pakistan safe place to live. Say no to crimes, killing, torture and blackmailing.

Today on November 3, 2012, I suffered a lot of pain rays during sleep. Stalkers here in Tajpura Lahore demanded 30,000 rupees as soon as I get up. Believe me it is like kidnaping for ransom or hijacking a plane. However, I will never give them a single rupee due to this torture for getting my basic fundamental basic legal, constitutional and international rights. Giving bribe or Bhatta once make people complete slave in the hands of blackmailers. Where are law-enforcing agencies in Lahore, Punjab or Pakistan?
After years of experience I have learnt that torturers cannot be convinced. They feel no mercy. It is situation like in famous story “The Lamb and The Wolf”. I have to finish these torturers in order to get rid of them. I have to make my way out. I request my friends to attack and defeat my enemies.
For general people, police and other security and law enforcing agencies are almost equally dangerous like criminals. You may see police and security institutions record for killing innocent people. However, still we support law enforcing agencies being only option for our protection and justice. In Pakistan and almost around the world, there is such attitude seat ko salam hai baqi sab kutay hai (only salute seat, badges or uniform and disregard all others). So, better control over security institutions is vital.

Rays weapon is the most dangerous of all weapons because you do not know who is casting it. I have experienced many forms of hidden torture weapons. One type of rays causes severe sleepy sensation in the head causing exhaustion. Other Pain ray causes pain and shallow breathing. Third type of weapon cause jerks type shock. Worst thing is this that we never torture anyone or them but continuously facing it for years. How cruel people are these users of hidden weapons. Many people experience these weapons but consider it illness. Worst thing about these energy weapons is that these rays are so powerful that it can reach everywhere like mobile phone signals. So, one cannot save himself or herself by closing all room doors.
Using these weapons is clearly like murder attempt. So, I will request all concerned authorities to file case under penal crime act. Make planned murder case if I die. It would be shame for all world community since I have previously provided every type of information regarding the nature of crime. Even occupied forces in any country are not so cruel. They do not harass and persecute such harmless and armless families who raise their children and earn money for their families.
Often torturers aroused me from sleep by nightmare and pain ray. Over the years I have noted some clues. They often arouse during 2.00 A.M to 8.00 A.M. They often arouse during electricity load-shedding and or at the time of morning prayers and or when their mind reading is disturbed. Our residence 12-A, Tajpura LDA Scheme, Lahore is owned by Naseem Akhtar Naz w/o Muhammad Raffique. Our homeowners are in the upper portion of the home. In this area many government employees live.
Today once again I got up from sleep in early hours by Pain ray, a hidden energy weapon which is openly used on general innocent people in Lahore Pakistan. I have been tortured by these weapons for many years. I do not know whether it is pain ray described below or any other hidden device. However, I can clearly describe its symptoms. Its symptoms include strange heavy pain in chest and head, weakness, tiredness and exhaustion in the muscles and body, breathlessness, shallow or short breathing, heavy or dull feeling in the chest as some heavy weight is placed on the chest and bad sleeping pain in the head as some ants are moving in the head. Sometimes I feel it as it is any type of electro-magnetic rays or shock like stun gun. My children many times got up from sleep; weeping. I do not know whether it emerges from a place from where harassment originate or it used by our home owners living in upper portion of our home. Voice harassment emerges from a nearby street besides Special Children Home, Life Welfare Centre building, Pakistan Rangers (Pakistan Army border force) institute for special children and Jamya Mosque Hazrat Syeda Amna in Tajpura Scheme, Lahore. The research arm of the US Department of Justice is working on two portable non-lethal weapons that inflict pain from a distance using beams of laser light or microwaves, with the intention of putting them into the hands of police to subdue suspects.

Now On October 7, 2012, I am writing this preciously found my own copy righted information by my blood. Very few people could provide this information. Some people write me about Mind Controller activities. One man told me that his father was a puppet in the hand of mind controllers throughout his life until they killed him.

5- Important thing about them is that like many criminals they use excuse or justification for committing violence and exploitation like religious extremists commits crimes by declaring someone sinful.
6- They hate interference in their so-called mind reading. They kill people with chaotic brains and bodies. See press reports that how many people were killed by stoning in Pakistan who were sleeping in open sky.
7- They badly interfere in personal life to an extent that reach to your relatives or friends and try to take unfair advantage.
8- They are expert of brain hacking so they get all your information and learn what you know which is severe violation of intellectual rights and unfair exploitation.
9- They take great interest in money and women and try to get close to someone by dishonoring her or him. No doubt they are expert of sexual blackmailing.
